Thin Blue Bricks 2026
This year turned out to be another amazing year for Thin Blue Bricks. We had displayers from across the county with amazing displays, LJO Minifigs came along again and were a massive hit with our guests. Thanks of course to Christine (and Eddie of course) from Care of Police Survivors who came along (as she does every year) to support us.
Doors opened at 10 and within half an hour we had over 100 people through the door. The tombola proved to be a big success again (who doesn’t like a minifig). For those who didn’t get all the letters from the minifig hunt the phrase was “LEGO IS FOR ALL”
Donalds of Peterhead provided the shop again and I think think the police baby’s went down a storm.
A massive thanks go to the Police Scotland Youth Volunteers who gave up their own time to come out and support us and done a fantastic job as they always do.
In the end we raised a total of £1900 for Care of Police Survivors, bringing the total to £9200 over the years. Next year will be our 5th year at the Banqueting Suit and we are looking forward to it already.
